We are proud to be offering for sale this unique early 3.8 OTS E-type in concours condition.

A stunning example of the early 3.8 litre E-type roadster with aluminium dash and bucket seats.
This E-type was produced on the 31st of August 1962 and supplied on the 24th of September 1962 through Jaguar Cars, New York, USA to its first owner A.M. Langette, Cranford, New Jersey, USA.
In the early nineties the car was sold to M. Olsen, Campbell, California, USA. Later the car was imported into Europe. Its current private owner aquired the car in 2015 and had the car restored at no expanse spared to concours condition to original condition.
Absolutely stunning in every respect, this is the first time the car is offered on the market.
The concours restoration is fully documented with invoices and over 1.000 pictures. Comes with heritage certificate and some earlier history. The car is now fitted with a modern Getrag 5 speed gearbox and additional cooling fan. Apart from these improvements, the car is in stunning original specification.
Matching numbers engine and body, currently on Dutch EU registration. The car has only driven its first shake down miles and is now ready to be shown on international concourses or the be enjoyed on the road.
