Great example of the first series 4.2 Jaguar E-type FHC in the most desirable color combination of Opalescent Gunmetal Grey with red interior trim.

This E-type was built on the 23th of September 1965 and dispatched on the 14th of October 1965 through Jaguar Cars, New York, USA to Richard M Freyer, Idaho, USA in the color combination of Opalescent Silver Grey with Red interion trim. The original manufacturer’s warranty card with all car and owner details states that the car was supplied to its first owner on the 4th of January 1966 through Sports Car Sales Inc. in Idaho, USA. The original Periodic Maintenance Voucher Booklet is also still with the car.

In 1985 the car received its Californian registration 062 JZE and in 1988 ownership was transferred to Abraham M Morikone, Sacremento, California, USA. In 2001 a full restoration of the car was started by Brian Moore restorations until 2008 but never finished because of its owners health. Earlier in 2014 the car was imported into the Netherlands where it was recommisioned and the restoration was completed. The car is currently running in. Benefits from an improved Wilwood braking system.
